About Katherine
Katherine Chevalier discovered her passion for the law after a devastating knee injury ended her promising career as a competitive hopscotch athlete just weeks before the Junior Olympics. What began as a period of deep personal reflection on a couch in Beaumont, Texas — surrounded by ice packs and shattered dreams of the single-leg landing — became the catalyst for a remarkable legal career.
Katherine earned her Juris Doctor from the prestigious South Padre Island School of Law and Offshore Litigation, where she graduated summa cum laude and was awarded the Honorable Reginald P. Sandcastle III Memorial Scholarship for Excellence in Probate Theory. Katherine has a deep passion for providing families with the protection and peace of mind that comes from knowing your loved ones will be taken care of, and has dedicated her career to trusts, estates, and probate law.
